Muhanamandi provides a digital platform to view daily wholesale agricultural prices (Mandi Bhav), access government scheme information, and an onboarding portal for farmers to register for crop sales and logistics support. Muhanamandi acts as a facilitator and platform, not as the direct buyer or seller of the agricultural commodities listed, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate contract.

3. User Registration and Conduct

If you register as a farmer on our Platform, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, your land, and your crops.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your mobile login credentials.
• Not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Muhanamandi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be false or misleading.

4. Accuracy of Mandi Rates

While we strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date Mandi Bhav, the prices of agricultural commodities fluctuate rapidly based on market conditions. The rates displayed on the Platform are for informational purposes and may not reflect the exact final trading price at the physical mandi.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
